BIOGRAPHY

Scrap-Eater (Trashman Hax) fell in love with upcycling while, during his training as a mechanical, he built his apartment furniture and vehicles from scrap and old parts for financial reasons. 
Entirely self-taught, without consulting specialist literature, he acquired skills and knowledge that today enable his creative work – Scrap-Eater has never studied art. 
His works are now a creative response to the currently politically and industrially promoted throwaway mentality and the associated environmental destruction and exploitation of resources.
This is how he discovered his love for post-apocalyptic art, into which he still invests a lot of time and energy. 
In recent years, he has focused almost exclusively on this and has gained recognition in this field. 
With his art, he also wants to show what it could look like if questionable political and capitalist decisions continue to determine our future. 
Scrap-Eater (Trashman Hax) has collaborated with regional, national, and international artists, always placing great importance on sustainability.
